FOR CLERGY ORDAINED IN THE CATHOLIC FAITH
Requirements - Basic
- THERE IS A MANDATORY ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) DAY PROBATIONARY AND TRAINING PERIOD FOR ALL TRAINING PROGRAMS AND EMPLOYMENT (JOB) POSITIONS;
- THERE IS A MANDATORY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION REQUIRED; AND
- THERE IS A MANDATORY MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATION REQUIRED.
THIS ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) DAY PERIOD IS USED FOR TRAINING, ORIENTATION, ADJUSTMENT AND TRANSITION INTO THE NEW JOB POSITION AN FOR ADJUSTMENT INTO THE CULTURE OF THE COUNTRY THE JOB POSITION IS LOCATED IN.
Each Training Program and Employment (Job) Position requires an immigration Visa to the country where the Training Program and Employer are located.
FOR ALL NON-RELIGIOUS TRAINING PROGRAMS AND EMPLOYMENT (JOB) OPPORTUNITIES WORLDWIDE: To apply for a Training Program and the related Employment (Job) Position, you MUST go through the Church Recruiter Representative in your country. The Recruiter charges fees for the application processing, training program and placement. The Candidate is REQUIRED to pay the fees before they will be accepted into any training program and related employment (job) position. Among Catholics and Buddhists, if you desire to become a priest, monk, or nun, you must serve as a novice for a period of time, often a year (called your novitiate), before being ordained or fully professing your vows.
